Frequently Asked Questions

When is the festival taking place?

The Tribute Music Festival will take place on Saturday 19th July 2025, from 14:00 to 21:00. Mark your calendars and prepare for a day filled with brilliant beats!

Where is the festival located?

We’re rocking in the beautiful grounds of Middle Aston House (OX25 5PT), near Bicester.

How do I get there?

We're encouraging people to walk or use public transport to the event to reduce traffic congestion, lower our carbon footprint, and create a more sustainable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We are working with the brilliant Our Bus Bartons who will be offering transport to & from local villages across the day (times and routes tbc).

We can recommend the S4 bus which runs very close to the venue and caters for many villages between Oxford and Banbury.

There is also a handy train service in nearby Heyford (10-15 mins bike ride).

Do you have any parking?

We do have parking available, thanks to our wonderful neighbours at The Hatchery (OX25 5QL). The price will be £6 / car and it’s a short (800m) walk to the venue.

Can I stay at the venue?

We may not offer camping but we do have a handful of tickets on sale which include a pair of festival tickets, a double room for the night and a parking space at Middle Aston House. So you can enjoy the festival in comfort (no welly boots required!) and head to a real bed when the music winds down!

What should I bring?

Don’t forget your essentials! Bring along your tickets (digital or printed), a comfy chair or picnic blanket, sunscreen, a hat, and an insatiable appetite for fabulous food and fantastic tunes!

Will there be food and drink available?

Absolutely - we’ll have a delightful range of food stalls, a variety of drinks, including alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and even bubble tea!

Can I bring my own food and drink?

While we love a good picnic, we’re encouraging people to support the local vendors who will be on-site, but a modest picnic to supplement this will be fine!

Is the festival family-friendly?

Yes, it is! We welcome families and little rockers. We also have a friendly team of professional security stewards and first aiders from St John Ambulance to help ensure everyone’s safety.

However - please note that there is an unattended lake within the festival grounds. Families attending with children are reminded that parents and guardians remain fully responsible for supervising their children at all times, particularly near natural hazards such as open water.

What if it rains?

Bring on the British weather! As long as safety isn’t compromised then the show will go on, rain or shine. We recommend packing a lightweight poncho or umbrella – you know, just in case Mother Nature decides to join us!

Can I bring my dogs?

We love our furry friends, but please leave pets at home as this event is a dog-free space.

What are your ticket refund policies?

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event the festival is cancelled.
